Why ROGERS?

Here are a few factors that separate ROGERS pickups from others.

• We hand wind our pickups with either poly-coated or plain enamel single build pickup wire. Your choice! This is the highest quality pickup coil wire available. 42AWG or 43AWG if requested.

• Our pickups use traditional vulcunized-fibre flatwork material with staggered Alnico 5 and/or Alnico 2 magnets. Then potted with wax. 80% parrafin, 20% beeswax.

• Pickups are 'scatterwound'. AKA 'handwound'. True scatterwound pickups can only be done by hand and require a certain degree of skill to get the required tension and consistant results.

• You can use our pickups as a calibrated set or with other manufacturers pickups. We can wind a specific pickup to optimise the tone and output for its respective position and set the desired polarity.
